I use the BB widget, but every few hours it says “user not authenticated, please open the app to sign in” and I can’t use the widget. Opening the app fixes it for a while, but then it goes back.

Hi annika.renina, Thanks for your feedback. This was addressed in a prior update. With that said, can you please ensure you're on our newest update v. 1.7.0. If it's not working for you, let us know. Thanks!
