Totals for savings envelopes vs. spending envelopes

When I am budgeting and it gives me the “you have” total before stuffing, it is confusing to have my savings included in this total since I don’t consider that money that I can spend. It would be nice if there were 2 separate totals so that I can make sure the amount I have in my spending accounts matches what is actually in my checking account without having to pull out my calculator to do the math.

Hey Crystal, thanks so much for sharing this feedback.
The "You Have" total includes all of your money since Budget Bestie is based on the cash stuffing method, where all of your money is stuffed in envelopes and can be moved between them if needed.
I can definitely understand how having separate totals could make things clearer though.
We'll keep this in mind as we continue improving Budget Bestie and planning future updates.
