Feature Requests

I would love the option to archive an envelope (ie: if I’ve paid off a bill fully or no longer need a savings envelope) instead of just delete it fully. Recently I saved for vacation, used the money for that vacation, but don’t want to delete the envelope entirely so that I can still see what transactions took place within that envelope. Same for a couple of my one time variable envelopes that I wanted to track!

I have very specific categories for sinking funds and when I’m done with the expense I don’t like keeping the random envelope but would like to keep the record of the transaction because I paid my tuition on January but don’t need the envelope but I would like the record of the payment

Whenever I add income and try to budget it, it says I have a negative balance. None of my envelopes are negative. Editing post to add that my app is up to date

Sometimes I forget to log an expense on the day it happens, and my instinct is to go to Overview, click on the date of the expense, and then hit plus to add a new expense on that date. Obviously that’s not currently how the plus works (and I understand why), but maybe someday it would be cool to be able to add expenses dynamically depending on what day of the month you were looking at

I work as a bartender and server. So my cash tips function differently than my paychecks. Each night my cash tips go into different folders and challenges, but the only way it updates is if I set a new budget each time.

Would be a nice feature to delete past transactions. At the moment I can only delete current transactions. It would help so you can forecast for a future payment or if you added an income as a mistake.

It would be very convenient if we could edit a budget when we make a mistake setting it up instead of starting over.

I was late to make a new weekly budget in the app and now it won’t allow me to “pay” bills on their proper date. I was paid on the 10th and paid bills (in real life) that same day but because the app budget was created (though i thought I backdated the pay date to the 10th) on the 13th, I’ve now allotted money to pay the bill but I can’t mark it as paid in the app because it won’t allow me to pick a date prior to the 13th as the pay date.

Would love to have lockscreen and homescreen widgets that give a sense of how much $$$ I’ve spent this week so far. I use Dime and I love their way of integrating your balance this week. Also allows for quicker transaction tracking if you can open straight to the transaction pad.

I’d love a calendar screen where I can see all the dates for upcoming bills and income so I know which bills I can budget for, for each payday
